2. Who We Are and What We Do
MyFertilityPartner is a fertility information, comparison, and connection platform. We help individuals and couples explore fertility-related options — including IVF, egg donation, egg freezing, surrogacy, and financing — and, at their request, connect them with independent fertility clinics, surrogacy agencies, and other providers.
MyFertilityPartner is not a fertility clinic, medical practice, surrogacy agency, egg bank, law firm, insurer, or lender. We do not provide medical treatment, legal representation, or financial products, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a provider.
3. Not Medical, Legal, or Financial Advice
Content on the Site — including guides, cost estimates, success-rate information, comparisons, recommendations, and questionnaire results — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a qualified physician or other licensed professional about your specific situation.
- Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read on the Site.
- Costs, success rates, compensation figures, and provider details are estimates or third-party data, may change at any time, and are not guaranteed.
- If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or emergency services immediately.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Site or submit information. By using the Site you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is about yourself, or that you are authorized to provide it.
5. Questionnaires and Eligibility Screening
Some parts of the Site ask questions to help determine which services or providers may be a fit for you — for example, a surrogacy pre-screening questionnaire or a fertility treatment quiz.
- Results are preliminary and automated. A "match," "qualified," or "not a match" result is early screening only — it is not a medical determination, an offer, or a guarantee of acceptance by any provider.
- Providers apply their own medical, legal, psychological, and program criteria and make their own final decisions about your eligibility.
- You may ask for your result to be reviewed again or share additional context at any time by contacting us at hello@ivfgrowth.com; review is at the discretion of the relevant provider.
- You agree to answer truthfully and completely. Inaccurate information may affect your result or your eligibility with a provider.
6. Provider Connections, Lead Sharing, and Consent to Be Contacted
When you submit a form, questionnaire, or request to be contacted, you authorize us to share the information you provide — including your name, contact details, and your responses — with one or more fertility clinics, surrogacy agencies, or other providers that may be able to assist you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
By submitting a form and providing your phone number, you expressly agree that MyFertilityPartner and the providers we connect you with may contact you at that number by phone call and by text message (including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system) about your inquiry and related services. If you check the SMS opt-in box, you also agree to receive recurring text messages from MyFertilityPartner as described in Section 9. Consent to receive calls or text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service, and you may withdraw it at any time by texting STOP or contacting us at hello@ivfgrowth.com.
Your SMS opt-in consent and phone number collected for text messaging are never sold or shared with providers or any third party for their own marketing purposes (see Section 9). We do not control how providers use your information once shared, and each provider's handling of your information is governed by its own terms and privacy practices.
7. Listings, Rankings, and Commercial Relationships
MyFertilityPartner may receive compensation from providers, including referral fees, advertising fees, or fees for qualified inquiries. These relationships may influence which providers appear on the Site, the order in which they appear, or which providers we recommend or connect you with.
Listings and comparisons do not include every provider available, and inclusion on the Site is not an endorsement or guarantee of any provider's quality, licensing, outcomes, or suitability for you. You are responsible for independently evaluating any provider before engaging their services.
8. Third-Party Providers
Providers are independent businesses and are not employees, agents, or partners of MyFertilityPartner. Any consultation, treatment, program, contract, compensation, or payment arrangement is solely between you and the provider. We are not responsible for providers' acts, omissions, advice, services, pricing, or outcomes.
9. SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Phone Calls
Program name and description
MyFertilityPartner Alerts. When you submit a form on the Site, enter your mobile number, and check the SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive recurring text messages from MyFertilityPartner at the number provided. Messages include one-time verification codes, application and inquiry confirmations, appointment and call scheduling, follow-ups from our coordinators about your fertility or surrogacy inquiry, and occasional updates about related services.
How you opt in
You opt in by checking the unchecked SMS consent box on our forms and submitting your phone number, then confirming it with the verification code we send. The SMS opt-in box is separate from any email consent. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving any service.
Message frequency and cost
- Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions, typically up to 10 messages per month.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
How to opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number that messaged you. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To rejoin, text START or sign up again on our Site.

Carrier disclaimer

Mobile information and privacy

Phone calls
By submitting your phone number, you agree that MyFertilityPartner may call you about your inquiry. You may ask us to stop calling at any time during a call or by emailing us. You confirm you are the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number you provide.
If you check the email opt-in box, we may send you emails about your inquiry. Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop receiving those emails.
10. Your Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Submit information only about yourself, unless you are legally authorized to act for someone else.
- Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Keep any login credentials (where applicable) confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

- Upload viruses or other harmful code, or use the Site to send spam.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content — including text, guides, graphics, logos, design, and software — are owned by or licensed to MyFertilityPartner and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. Third-party names, logos, and reviews remain the property of their respective owners.
13. Third-Party Websites and Advertising
The Site may link to or display content from third-party websites, providers, and advertising platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. MyFertilityPartner is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any other advertising platform on which our ads may appear.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT ANY INFORMATION IS COMPLETE OR CURRENT, OR THAT ANY PROVIDER WILL ACCEPT, CONTACT, OR SUCCESSFULLY TREAT YOU.
15. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYFERTILITYPARTNER AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR RELIANCE ON ITS CONTENT, OR ANY SERVICES, ADVICE, TREATMENT, OR OUTCOMES PROVIDED BY A THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyFertilityPartner from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or any inaccurate information you submit.
17. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us first and try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts. To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

We may suspend or end your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other lawful reason. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution — will survive.
