Questions

Everything people ask us first.

If your question isn't here, call us. We'd rather talk it through than leave you guessing.

What is gestational surrogacy?

In gestational surrogacy the surrogate mother carries an embryo created through IVF from the intended parents' or donors' egg and sperm. She has no genetic relationship to the child she carries.

Who can qualify to be a surrogate mother?

Generally, women between 21 and 40 who have had at least one healthy pregnancy and delivery, are raising a child of their own, are non-smokers, have a healthy BMI, and are financially stable and free of public assistance.

How are surrogates screened?

Every applicant completes an in-house consultation and questionnaire, a psychological evaluation, medical records review, and medical check-ups with an affiliate reproductive endocrinologist. Background checks are part of the process.

How does matching work?

You share your top preferences with your coordinator. We shortlist carefully screened carriers, exchange profiles both ways, then arrange a conference call and a face-to-face meeting before either side commits.

How long does the process take?

Most journeys run 15 to 24 months from application to birth, depending on matching, medical clearance, embryo readiness, and how quickly cycles progress.

What does surrogacy cost?

Costs vary by journey, but our agency fees combined with discounted legal fees sit well below the national average. Your coordinator will walk you through a clear, itemized estimate before you commit.

Do you work with international intended parents?

Yes. Multi-lingual coordinators act as your international liaison and help with expedited birth certificates, passports, visas, medical appointments and travel logistics.

Why Georgia?

Georgia has favorable surrogacy and family-building law, and our founder is a practising surrogacy attorney based in Marietta — but we serve intended parents nationwide.
